Good Morning, Afternoon, & Evening to my Brother's and Sister's in Christ around the Globe.
As I reflect and write on how this year for Heralding His Truth Ministries has been, reflecting on my Brother's and Sister's who have faced persecution throughout the world this year, I must not look at it through my lense, but through the lense of God's unbroken faithfulness. If 2025 has taught any of us anything, it is that the goodness of God is not conditioned by the circumstances of the world, but anchored in the character of the One (Jesus) who reigns above it.
As followers of Christ, especially to those dedicated to Heralding His Truth Ministries, we pause this Thanksgiving not to deny the growing pains we've been through, not to ignore the stories of what the believers in Christ have been through in the nations we've reached, but to acknowledge the grace that has carried us through it.
The Scriptures say in Psalm 145:13, "The Lord is faithful in all His words and kind in all His works."
When The Ministry Felt The Weight, God Gave Us Comfort
There were moments in 2025 when discouragement tried to quiet what the Lord was doing. Times when burdens, mental attacks, and worries would try to overwhelm what we were doing.
In every message you have read, every prayer we've prayed for you, every post shared for you, and every individual that has been reached and is reaching, God allowed this ministry to become the very vessel of His comfort and truth when the world said otherwise.
Yet Scripture reminded us in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Blessed be . . . the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction."
When Provision Seemed Thin, God Was Still Providing
The Lord has always sustained His work. Even in moments we wondered how we would continue to allow areas to minister, He remained true to His name.
Ministry does not survive on abudnace as some think, it survives on obedience. And God has honored this ministry every step of faith we have taken.
Philippians 4:19, "My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
When The Year Felt Unstable, God Was Our Anchor
People around the world have felt shaken by events that unfold throughout regions. But we must remember that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is unshakeable.
Thanksgiving, for the believer, is not rooted in ease. It is rooted in eternity. It is rooted in the cross. It is rooted in the unfailing goodness of God.
Hebrews 12:28 reminds us, "Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful. . ."
When Spiritual Opposition Increased, God Strengthened His Church
2025 exposed our ministry to intense Spiritual Battles more than ever. Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually. But, it did reveal that our resilience in trusting Christ is what helps you preserve His people.
As a ministry, we've watched God open doors, touch hearts, change lives, and carry the message of truth farther than we ever have imagined these last 6 months. Not because these months were easy, but because the Lord is sovereign.
Matthew 16:18, "I will build My church, and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it."
Why We Give Thanks As A Ministry
We give thanks for 7 reasons:
Souls Have Been Reached
Seeds Have Been Planted
God's Word Continues To Go Forth With Power
The Gospel Has Not Stopped Being The Hope Of Every Heartbeat
His Spirit Continues To Draw People To Christ
His Mercy Has Never Run Dry (Lamentations 3:22-23)
We Know The Work Of God Is Not Finished
Looking Ahead With Hope
Though 2025 has had its valleys, its highs and lows, we lift our eyes to God who leads us forward. His promise still stands in 1 Thessalonians 5:24, "He who calls you is faithful; He will surely do it."
As Heralding His Truth Ministries continues into this Thanksgiving Season with renewed resolve, deeper gratitude, and unshaken confidence in the One who holds tomorrow, may our heart continued to be anchored in His Word, our Mission grounded in His Gospel, and our Gratitude rooted in His unfailing character.
We pray here at Heralding His Truth Ministries that the Lord continue to use this ministry as a beacon of Truth, Hope, and Christ-centered Love in the coming year ahead.
From all of us here at Heralding His Truth Ministries, Happy Thanksgiving.
