Our Calling, Our Vision, And Our Trust In God
When Heralding His Truth Ministries was to be born on May 19, 2025, I honestly did not know where to begin. I was unsure what to write about, how to focus on specific areas, and honestly what impact this Ministry was going to have on such a larger scale. However, the Lord God Almighty did.
This Ministry was born out of a clear calling from God since I was 10 years old when I heard Billy Graham preach on Salvation and the Gospel in 2002. Since that time, God has slowly grown, molded, and tested me through fire. From unsure doubts of beginning in Ministry, to now seeing what 2025 has reaped, I'm beyond amazed and give God all the Praise and Glory.
The Mission of HHTM is to proclaim His Truth, to strengthen believers, and to stand boldly for His Word when the world says otherwise. From the very beginning of this journey earlier this year, this Ministry has been more than a project from the ground up, but it has been a divine assignment.
Proverbs 19:21 says, "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails."
Our vision has always been to reach every nation, encourage every believer whereever they may be, and lift up those persecuted for their Faith. This vision was not formed by human ambition or wordly recognition, but by obedience to the Spirit of God and a commitment to His Word.
Yet, as with every God-given calling, 2025 reminded us that opposition would come. Times, circumstances, distractions, obstacles, man made confusion, it all seemed designed to try and derail the mission before it even began. There were moments that resources seemed limited, when voices of doubted the purpose of HHTM, and when unseen forces sought to interfere. But through all of it in those dark valleys, God's calling remained clear and His hand forever Faithful.
Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and this is their vindication from me," declares the Lord."
We trusted God when everything not of Him tried to interfere - when doors seemed closed, when critics questioned the mission, and when the path felt very uncertain. Faith, Prayer, and Unwavering Reliance on Scripture kept HHTM anchored in His Truth.
Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."
Because we remained obedient to His calling, Heralding His Truth Ministries has been able to do the following in 2025 and it would not be possible without all of you supporting what we do.
We've been able to reach believers in Restricted and Persecuted nations:
Canada (38%)
Reason: broad societal secularization, younger generations viewing religion negatively (as "anti-modern" or colonial), disillusionment with the Christian right's stances on social issues (LGBTQ+, abortion), the church's historical link to residential schools, and the state taking over many religious functions, leading to a cultural shift where religious affiliation is less a default and more a deliberate choice.
China (5-11%)
Reason: primarily because the ruling Chinese Communist Party (CCP) views any independent organization, especially those with perceived foreign ties, as a threat to its authority and absolute control.
Denmark (0.7%)
Reason: challenges from societal anti-Semitism/anti-Islam tensions, debates over religious practices like circumcision (impacting Jews/Muslims more), and new laws on religious expression, like banning Quran burnings, which critics say could eventually limit broader religious speech, though these laws aim to protect all significant texts from public desecration, not target Christians specifically.
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (City Percentage - 6%)
Reason: due to the government's strict control under Communism, viewing organized religion as a threat, leading to monitoring, registration demands, and harassment of pastors.
Hong Kong (12%)
Reason: experiencing increasing pressure and a reduction of freedoms not because of their beliefs in isolation, but primarily due to the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) imposition of national security laws, which view independent religious groups as potential channels for foreign influence and alternative sources of loyalty that could undermine state power.
India (2%)
Reason: due to the rise of Hindu nationalism (Hindutva), an ideology that asserts being Indian means being Hindu. This has led to societal hostility, the use of anti-conversion laws against Christians, and a perception that Christianity is a "foreign" religion that threatens Indian culture.
Malaysia (9%)
Reason: are marginalized by the ruling Muslim ethnic group and have difficulty acquiring building permits for new churches.
New Zealand (32%)
Reason: some experience being marginalized or face social friction which exists due to the country's shift towards secularism, diverse cultures, and past abuses by church-affiliated institutions, leading to criticism of Christian influence in public life or historical wrongs.
Saudi Arabia (4%)
Reason: due to the kingdom's strict enforcement of an intolerant interpretation of Sharia law, which bans public non-Muslim worship, prohibits building churches, and criminalizes apostasy (Muslims converting to Christianity), forcing secret worship and risking severe punishment, including arrest and potential death for apostates, despite some recent minor improvements for expatriate Christians.
Singapore (18%)
Reason: the government's focus on racial harmony, maintaining order Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act, and historical views of Christianity as a Western/foreign faith, this manifests as restrictions on religious assembly (especially for unregistered house churches), scrutiny over religious teaching, challenges with public evangelism, and sometimes cultural clashes over values, though Christians remain influential in society.
Taiwan (5%)
Reason: very small minority of believers with Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism being the main practices within the country.
Vietnam (Whole Nation - 8%)
Reason: though urban areas see more subtle pressure than violent crackdowns in rural ethnic regions where traditional beliefs clash with Christianity. This pressure involves government surveillance, restrictions on activities, family/community opposition over ancestor worship, and occasional arrests for perceived anti-state activities.
We've been able to help grow believers in Christ in stronger Christian areas who are currently going through Decline in their Nations Away from Christ:
Germany (48%)
Reason: secularization, where religion becomes less central to daily life, amplified by major abuse scandals eroding trust, societal shifts toward individualism, the mandatory church tax.
Russia (65%)
Reason: a legacy of Soviet persecution, leading to religious indifference and a rise in secularism.
Tanzania (55%)
Reason: pressures from government restrictions, socio-political tensions, and rising Islamist influence in coastal areas, alongside internal youth disengagement.
Uganda (87%)
Reason: rising religious tensions with radical Islamists, government crackdowns on some faith groups, internal doctrinal issues like false teachings, and a broader trend of youth disengagement from traditional church life due to social media and modernization, making faith less central to daily identity.
United States (80%)
Reason: younger generations raised with less faith, increasing distrust in institutions, political polarization, cultural shifts valuing individualism, factors like church scandals, LGBTQ+ issues, and pandemic-era worship changes also contribute to people leaving organized religion for broader spirituality or no affiliation.
Zambia (86%)
Reason: facing a crisis of depth, authenticity, and relevance, with issues like nominal Christianity (identity without understanding), church scandals, politicization of faith, prosperity gospel, and persistent traditional beliefs clashing with modern challenges.
We've helped strengthen Local and Global Prayer Network chains.

Every single challenge we faced in 2025 has only confirmed that this Ministry is God-ordained, not man-made. Every obstacle has been an opportunity to rely more fully on Him, to step deeper into prayer, and to trust that His vision cannot be thwarted.
2 Corinthians 4:7-10, "But we have this treasure in earthen containers, so that the extraordinary greatness of the power will be of God and not from ourselves; we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying around in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body."

This year has reinforced that consistent prayer transforms lives. Stories from persecuted nations, answered prayers for families, and spiritual breakthroughs in lives of believers have shown that prayer is the cornerstone of God's work in the world.
